Pastor Mavis along with her husband Jeff serve on the Pastoral Staff at New Creation and actively minister in the United States and to other nations through W.I.L.D ministries. W.I.L.D. (Winning In Life Daily) Ministries was birthed out of a strong desire to see people win in every area of their lives. It is their heart to bring encouragement, enlightenment, and motivation through ministering the Word of God, spurring believers on to reach their maximum potential in Jesus Christ!

In 1997 Mavis lost her husband after a battle with cancer. With an overwhelming financial situation and three little ones to take care of, life seemed almost hopeless; however, God had other plans! Desperate times were replaced with God's goodness and a beautiful wedding to Jeff in 1999.

Mavis uses real-life experience coupled with her own story to teach God's Word. Her heart's desire is to see people rise above their circumstances and win daily in life! She has been teaching for 20 years in various church settings, women's meetings, and on the mission field. Her passion and hunger for the Lord and for hurting people is a message that is desperately needed in this Church age.

Mavis studied at Oral Roberts University and graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Theology from Life Christian University. Jeff and Mavis live in the Mankato area with their three children JonPaul, Moriah, and Lauren.
