For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.” (Isaiah 56:7)

God desires to have fellowship with His people and the only way we can experience the joy of that true fellowship with the Lord is through prayer.

Jesus clearly defined the theme of the Church in Matthew 21:13 by reiterating what prophet Isaiah said; "And He said to them, it is written, My house shall be called a house of prayer, but you have made it a den of thieves."

Prayer plays a vital role in the life of the Christian. Here at New Creation, you could say that we have a passion for prayer! Because we see prayer as the backbone and ‘power house’ of the church, we give it the highest priority in every facet of this ministry and we practically devote much attention and time to it.

We believe that in order for God to have His way in the church, we must have a true relationship with Him through Prayer. In this era of fast technological advancement and increasing humanistic ideas about how to ‘have’ church, prayer is usually relegated to the background as men try to depend on programs and organizations and pretend to have church.

We purposefully guard against that and we give prayer its rightful place in the church.

- A corrupt heart, a busy devil, and a wicked world, makes prayer mandatory.
- Prayer is God’s battle-axe in the arena of warfare.
- Man’s greatest privilege on earth is prayer.

God’s house must be a house of prayer and we endeavor to make it so!

Join us in prayer as we intercede for our churches, cities and the nations to see God’s Kingdom manifest on earth.
