STEP 3: PAY NEW CREATION CHURCH $80 cash/check or $85 online by 9/13 for Fall Retreat (9/14-9/16 Pricing: $100/$105)
$130 cash/check or $140 online by 9/16 for Minnesota Youth Convention (9/17-10/7 Pricing: $140/$150)

STEP 4: Complete the 2026 Parent/Guardian Permission Form before leaving (the sooner the better).

Fall Retreat Departure & Return Times

Departure: Leave luggage outside the main doors and go to the check-in table in the Café.
- Meet at New Creation Church (1124 N River Dr, North Mankato)
- Drop-off Window: 7:30 AM – 7:45 AM
- Departure: 8:15 AM sharp on Saturday, September 19th
👉 We’ll be taking group photos on Saturday!

Return: We will communicate at least an hour in advance with the ETA.
- Estimated Arrival: 10:00 PM on Sunday, September 20th
- New Creation Church (1124 N River Dr, North Mankato)
- We may have different vehicles return at different times (timing is more flexible on return).

 Please be on time for both drop-off and pick-up.

Minnesota Youth Convention Departure & Return Times

- Departure: 10:45 AM sharp on Thursday, October 15th

- We may have different vehicles return at different times (timing is more flexible on return).

🎒 Packing List
Here's what you should bring:

• IMPORTANT: Money for four meals

  • Talk with your student about bringing snacks/drinks (this is a good idea), how they should use their money, and how to hide their money (do not leave it in the open).

  • Conference merch and coffee/cafe items are for sale.

• IMPORTANT: Medications (in original container labeled and in a sealed bag to be given to staff) -Provide handwritten or printed instructions (including dosage and times to take) to be turned in at check-in. 

• Bible, Notebook, and Utensils

• Clothing for 2 days

• We will be hiking a little on Day 1

• Modest Swimsuit: 1-piece/tankini or swim trunks

• Water Bottle (tip: labeled with name)

• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)

• A hungry heart to encounter God

• A willing attitude to participate

Q: Will there be chaperones?
A: Yes! From New Creation and MNAOG, with completed background checks.

Q: Do we have to drive?
A: No, New Creation will provide transportation with adult drivers.

Q: What if I need financial assistance?
A: At New Creation, we believe every student who desires to attend a church-related event (conference, camp, retreat, trip, etc.) should have the opportunity to do so, regardless of financial situation. We understand that the cost of these events can be a barrier for some families, and we are committed to working with parents/guardians to make sure no student misses out due to finances.

We are offering two forms of assistance:
1) Scholarships (partial or full, based on need)
2) Payment plans (spreading the cost over several months)

We invite you to complete the Financial Assistance Request Form honestly, so we can fairly assess needs and steward the church’s resources wisely. Please know: there is no shame or embarrassment in asking for help — we want every student to have the chance to go! After you complete the form, email anthony@newcreationwoc.org to let Pastor Anthony know.
