Summer Camp Instructions:

STEP 2: Complete this form: Jr. Teen Camp // Sr. Teen Camp
STEP 3: Complete the 2026 Parent/Guardian Permission Form
STEP 4: PAY NEW CREATION CHURCH ($340 cash/check or $350 online) BY JUNE 10 (Jr) or JUNE 24 (Sr).

SUMMER CAMP FUNDRAISERS

Kwik Trip Carwash Cards: April 8-29th - Grab an order sheet at the Kids’ check-in booth and have your kids help you sell them. $16 of each card sold will go towards your child's camp.

Bake Sale: Sunday, May 3rd - Please individually package and prepare them for sale, with a price on each. Drop off at the church before 8:00am on Sunday, May 3rd.

🗓️ Camp Departure & Return Times

Departure: Leave luggage outside the main doors and go to the check-in table in the Café.
📍 Meet at New Creation Church (1124 N River Dr, North Mankato)
🕗 Dropoff Window: 7:15 AM – 7:30 AM
🚌 Departure: 7:45 AM sharp on Monday, July 13th (Jr) and Monday, July 27th (Sr)
👉 Please have your camper wear the team color to check in – we’ll be taking agroup photo before departure!

Return: We will send an email or text at least an hour in advance with the ETA.

🎒 Packing List

Here's what your camper should bring:

• IMPORTANT: Money for two meals and any concession stand drinks/food they may need.

  • Talk with your camper about bringing snacks/drinks (this is a good idea), how they should use their money, and how to hide their money (do not leave it in the open).

  • There is camp merch, a pizza food truck for 1-2 nights, and coffee/cafe items for sale each day.

• IMPORTANT: Bedding (sheet, blanket, or sleeping bag) and Pillow

• IMPORTANT: Medications (in original container labeled and in a sealed bag to be given to staff) -Provide handwritten or printed instructions (including dosage and times to take) to be turned in at check-in. 

  • At camp, the nurse's station will receive all medication. Please reply with any special instructions or questions.

• Bible, Notebook, and Utensils

• Clothing for 5 days (including socks & underwear)

  • Messy clothes for Rec Games

  • Sweatshirt for chapel/AC rooms

  • Modest attire for chapel - people like to dress up for evening chapel

• At least two towels + hand towels

• Athletic shoes + an extra pair

• Modest Swimsuit: 1-piece/tankini or swim trunks

• Water Bottle (tip: labeled with name)

• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.)

• Sunscreen & bug spray

• Optional: Watch (no smart technology, please - including smart watches)

• Optional: Flashlight or Headlamp

• Optional: Alarm Clock

• Optional: Small Fan

• A hungry heart to encounter God

• A willing attitude to participate

They will do a “Mail Call” each day. Please clearly list the Camper’s Name, Jr. Teen Camp or Sr. Teen Camp, and New Creation Church on the mail package/envelope.

Q: Are there scholarships available?

A: There are five scholarships potentially available HERE. We want every student who wants to go to have the opportunity. Please contact anthony@newcreationwoc.org to discuss further.

Q: Will there be chaperones?

A: Yes! From New Creation and MNAOG, with completed background checks.

Q: Do we have to drive?

A: No, New Creation will provide transportation with adult drivers.
